Writer, creator and system-hater.
My name is LISA INSANSA. I’m a creator and storyteller, based in London, mostly using written word and often times video and sound as my means of expression.
My work mostly analyses cultures of resistance, with a particular interest in black histories and the UK housing crisis.
I have been published by the likes of gal-dem, FEM Press, GUAP, amongst others, and had my words displayed in the V&A museum and featured in the National Gallery in London.
As well as this, I have been involved directly with black protest and community resistance groups, and radical educational platforms.
I hold a BA degree in Journalism from City, University of London and a certificate in International Affairs from Sciences Po.
